We are open 7 days a week, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, except on holidays! We are closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

No, we do not require a deposit. However, we do have a rental agreement you will sign and acknowledge that you accept our rules and processes. We expect rent to be paid timely and your unit clean if you move out. Our rules are very important for the good of all our tenants, so please read our contract carefully and ask questions!
